Julia Kim, DMD

I’m Dr. Julia Kim. I grew up in various New England cities between Concord, NH and Farmington, CT and attended College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Boston being my main home base throughout my childhood, I returned and received my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, I stayed at TUSDM to attend General Practice Residency (GPR) for two years, which included the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a GPR Resident, I learned to develop robust treatment plans, think on my feet in emergency care, and analyze and alleviate pain while maintaining patients’ own teeth and oral health. My passion for learning and professional growth led me to become a triple jumbo and complete a post-doctoral residency at TUSDM in endodontics.

I love how the different twists and turns in my dental journey ultimately led me to endodontics. I love refining the intricate details of endodontic treatments to prioritize alleviating pain and saving patients’ own teeth. At the same time, my GPR experience reminds me to approach patients as individuals and always factor in their comprehensive care into my endodontic practice and treatment planning. I take pride in striving to provide the most attentive and comfortable care possible that is of the highest standard for my patients.
