ANDREW J. GRINSELL, DMD, MS
My name is Dr. Andrew Grinsell. I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and attended Florida State University. I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, I served as an officer in the United States Navy Dental Corps, where I was stationed at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, USS Mesa Verde (LPD-19), USS Carter Hall (LSD-50), and Naval Health Clinic New England in Newport, RI. I completed my endodontic specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania where I also earned my Master of Science in Oral Biology. My research in Leukocyte and Platelet Rich Fibrin won Top 10 AAE Oral research award in 2026 and I have lectured on the use of L-PRF in endodontic surgery.
What I enjoy most about endodontics is combining advanced technology, precision, and compassionate care to help patients save their natural teeth. I understand that many patients are anxious about root canal treatment, and my goal is to provide a calm, comfortable, and stress-free experience while delivering the highest quality care possible. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two daughters, and our pet Corgi, Biscuit. I proudly cheer on the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox!
